Personal Information Protection & Elecronic Documents Act
(PIPEDA)
 
Barth’s Cleaning Centre computer database stores names, addresses, telephone numbers, special cleaning requirements & order details for the following requirements:
 
Identify & track your cleaning within our premises

Pickup reminder phone calls &/or letters

Cleaning requirements

Customer requested payment information for automatic billing

Tracking order statistics for our own reference information

Send customer promotional letters with gift certificates or account credits
 
Your information stays within our Barth’s location secured by pass codes. .
Barth’s does not divulge or sell our customer database to other businesses.
 
Should you wish to view your individual files on our Barth database, please ask one of our staff. We will be pleased to show you the information
